PRICE/COST SCHEDULE: Complete the SF 1442, Blocks 14, 15, 17, 19, 20A, 20B, and 20C to submit the Quote. All sections of the RFQ, excluding Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Procedures Sections, constitute the model contract. Quote with breakdown of labor, material, equipment, overhead and profit. All contract line-item numbers in the price schedule must include a price. The Government will evaluate quotes by adding all line-item prices - the total of all CLINS will be that sum.
