Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912D0-26-Q-A004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Portable Latrine Rental and Other Related Services at Fort Wainwright Alaska and cantonment areas. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Background The United States Army 11th Airborne Division and the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at U.S. Army Garrison Alaska are seeking portable latrine rental and related services to support operations at Fort Wainwright, Yukon Training Area, and Tanana Flats Training Area. This contract aims to ensure safe, sanitary, and reliable conditions for soldiers and the community while complying with military regulations and environmental standards. Work Details The contractor will provide non-personal services including rental, delivery, set-up, pumping, cleaning, refill, restock, dismantling, pickup, and relocation of both heated and non-heated standard portable latrines as well as handicap accessible latrines. Additional services include pumping of vault latrines, grey water containers, and black water bags/containers. All services must adhere to the specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Place of Performance The work will be performed in Alaska at Fort Wainwright cantonment area and may extend to Yukon Training Area (YTA) and Tanana Flats Training Area (TFTA).
