Posted: April 17, 2026, 10:47 a.m. EDT USDA-APHIS-Wildlife Services needs construction of a new kennel building per the final design documents developed by the A&E firm Cushing Terrell. The structure will be a pre-engineered metal building of approximately 3,400SF, containing four sections: kennel areas A & B, mud room and mechanical room. The Predator Research Facility's mission is to generate and disseminate ecological information related to carnivore management, particularly aimed at reducing conflicts with livestock, humans, and native prey species. Solicitation and construction documents are posted below. NOTE: SEND ALL QUERIES, TECHNICAL AND OTHERWISE, TO THE POC NAMED BELOW. A geotech report is posted below. RFIs: Roof Metal Panel Sheet No. A110 identifies the roof panel type as PBU; however, Specification Section 074113.16 calls for a standing seam roof panel. Please confirm which roof panel type is to be considered correct. Metal Roof Panel is to be PBU. Roof Gauge Kindly confirm the required gauge for both the roof and soffit panels. Roof panel and soffits to be 24 gauge. Amendment 1 is posted below.
