Background

The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) Chronic Disease, Primary Care and Rural Health Division is seeking assistance to fulfill activities within the Indiana Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IN-BCCP) work plan for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This contract aims to enhance data management and claims adjudication processes related to the program.

Work Details

The contractor will assist in managing data and adjudicating claims for the IN-BCCP. Specific tasks include: - Providing comprehensive data management services to support program operations. - Implementing a claims adjudication process that aligns with CDC guidelines. - Collaborating with IDOH staff to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with federal requirements. - Utilizing certified Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) as subcontractors where applicable, ensuring they meet specific criteria outlined in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate compliance with Indiana Code 4-13-16.5 regarding Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE). They must submit a completed MWBE Subcontractor Commitment Form along with their proposal, ensuring that any proposed subcontractors are certified on the State of Indiana Certified M/W/IVOSB list. Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of their subcontractor's M/WBE Certification Letter from IDOA.
