FSSA Learning Management System (LMS)

Background

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) that meets the agency's needs for delivering federally mandated training. This LMS will support FSSA's compliance with privacy and security regulations, including CMS MARS-E, Social Security Administration, and HIPAA requirements for all state personnel and contract workforce members.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a comprehensive web-based Learning Management System (LMS) that includes the following features: - Ability to deliver federally required training electronically. - Support for privacy and security compliance measures. - User-friendly interface for both administrators and learners. - Reporting capabilities to track training completion and compliance. - Integration with existing systems as necessary. - Technical support and maintenance of the LMS throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the date of award, with options for renewal based on performance and continued need.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed primarily online, with potential in-person training sessions or meetings as required by FSSA at their designated locations in Indiana.

Bidder Requirements

Respondents must demonstrate experience in providing LMS solutions to government agencies or similar organizations. If subcontractors are used, they must be certified as Minority/Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE) or Indiana Veteran Owned Small Businesses (IVOSB) as per state regulations. All subcontractors must be listed on the State of Indiana Certified M/W/IVOSB list prior to proposal submission.
