Bidder Requirements This call for art is limited to artists based in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Artists must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Additionally, selected artists must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and workers' compensation insurance as required by Rhode Island statutes.
