Background The Christina School District in Delaware is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Recruiting and Placement Services for Certified Contracted Teachers. Period of Performance The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, with an initial term of three years. The District reserves the right to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for up to three months after the initial term. Place of Performance The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Christina School District located in Newark, Delaware. Bidder Requirements Vendors must meet specific qualifications including: - Possession of necessary Delaware licenses and certifications. - Proof of insurance as specified in Section V of the RFP. - Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws relevant to employment and recruitment practices. - Subcontracting is permitted but must be disclosed using Attachment 7.
