Background The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) requires secure on-site shredding services to protect confidential taxpayer and client information. Contractors must supply locking containers at no charge, ensure timely pickups within agreed schedules, and provide Certificates of Document Destruction after each service. The contractor must also maintain confidentiality and security of all documents handled during the shredding process. Period of Performance The contract will be effective from the date of execution for a period of four years, with no renewal options available. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various FDOR office locations throughout Florida as specified in the contract. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be NAID certified and have at least three years of experience in mobile on-site shredding services. They are required to submit a list of subcontractors if applicable and must comply with various state regulations regarding contracting with scrutinized companies.
