Work Details The contractor will provide mowing services at the following locations: - E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park: 3.6 acres, 4.9 acres, 1.5 acres, 8.8 acres, 6.3 acres - Taylorsville Lake State Resort Park: 27 acres, 6 acres, 8.8 acres - Jefferson Davis State Historic Site: 11.7 acres, 2.7 acres, 1.8 acres - Isaac Shelby State Historic Site: 4 acres. Services include trimming around sidewalks, picnic areas, driveways, and other structures; maintaining turf to a height of 3"-5" for cool season grasses and 2"-2.5" for warm season grasses; blowing off debris from sidewalks and paved surfaces; and ensuring all areas are free of trash before mowing. Period of Performance The contract period is expected to commence upon award and will require ongoing maintenance throughout the growing season with specific schedules determined by park management. Place of Performance Mowing services will be performed at various locations within: - E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville - Taylorsville Lake State Resort Park in Mount Eden - Jefferson Davis State Historic Site in Pembroke - Isaac Shelby State Historic Site in Junction City. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services.
