Background This solicitation is issued by the Air Force for commercial services related to Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Red Team Support. The goal is to enhance the training and mission readiness of Air Force Special Warfare (AFSW) teams through realistic electronic threat simulations. This requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, with a focus on providing specialized training support during Sentry North exercises. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive EW and SIGINT Red Team services, which include: 1. Direction finding and vulnerability assessments of the electromagnetic spectrum. 2. Replication of realistic electronic threats to support AFSW training objectives. 3. Integration with White Cell operations to enhance survivability and signature management of Blue Forces. 4. Management of scenario injects and tactical input during mission planning. 5. Facilitation and execution of Large Force Exercises (LFE) with multiple red EW/SIGINT training teams. 6. Preparation and presentation of Blue Force electromagnetic vulnerability analyses post-exercise, including recommendations for improved signature management. 7. Subject matter expert support for AFSW operator education on electromagnetic spectrum survivability and OPSEC measures. Place of Performance The services will be performed at designated locations as specified in the Performance Work Statement, primarily in conjunction with AFSW training exercises.
