Background The contract is issued by the Fort McCoy Religious Support Office (RSO) to provide Catholic Priest services to support the Catholic population at Fort McCoy, WI. The goal is to ensure the free exercise of religion for military personnel, family members, and authorized personnel in accordance with the guidelines of the Roman Catholic Church and Army regulations. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the duties of a Catholic Priest as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include conducting regular and special Catholic masses, administering sacraments and confessions, and advising Chaplaincy personnel as a subject matter expert on Catholic religious instruction. All services must be performed by an ordained Priest endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) with faculties accepted or granted by the AMS Archbishop. The contractor must adhere to standards set forth in Army Regulation (AR) 165-1 and Installation Chaplain Policies. The contract does not create an employer-employee relationship between the Government and Contractor. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Fort McCoy, WI.
