Invitation for Bids (IFB) 2-1-QSC-T-26-050 DEMIL A Scrap Paper, Baled White Ledger, Mixed Paper, and Old Corrugated Cardboard NASA Langley Research Center Hampton, VA The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the sale and recurring removal of Government-generated recyclable paper commodities located at NASA Langley Research Center. This solicitation establishes a term contract for the sale of scrap property, with removal required as a condition of sale. The successful bidder shall remove material on a recurring, as-needed basis in coordination with the Agency Government Representative (AGR), and in accordance with all site-specific operational, security, and safety requirements.
