Background The State of Delaware, through its Department of Health and Social Services, is seeking to engage a Vendor to provide professional services as part of the AmeriCorps Formula Grant Application for the 2026/2027 period. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the Vendor can deliver specific services that align with the objectives of the Department and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Work Details The Vendor will perform services as specified in various appendices attached to the Professional Services Agreement. These services include but are not limited to: managing and executing programs related to health and social services, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI), and providing necessary documentation and reports as required by Delaware's Department of Health and Social Services. The Vendor must also ensure that all work products meet professional standards and comply with Delaware’s policies. Period of Performance The contract will commence on the START DATE and will conclude on the END DATE, with potential renewal options for additional periods as specified in the agreement. Place of Performance The services will be performed primarily within the State of Delaware, with specific locations to be determined based on program needs. Bidder Requirements Vendors must possess a valid business license in Delaware, comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and maintain appropriate insurance coverage including general liability, worker’s compensation, and any additional coverage relevant to the services provided. Vendors are also required to have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from SAM.gov for federal grant compliance.
