Background The State of Indiana, through the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH), is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for sourcing 40 monitoring nodes as part of its Immunization Program. The goal of this contract is to enhance the monitoring capabilities for vaccine storage temperatures, ensuring compliance with health standards. Work Details The contractor will provide the following: 1. Hardware: 40 monitoring nodes (one per refrigerator), each equipped with an external, glycol-buffered, NIST-traceable calibrated probe; mounting hardware; power supplies; and onsite labels/asset tags. Additionally, include 10% spare probes and cables. 2. Connectivity: 9 Gateways and communication modules to support onsite network connectivity with automatic cellular failover. The system must queue and forward data during connectivity disruptions without data loss. 3. Software/Cloud Platform: A secure, role-based web portal and mobile access that includes dashboards, alerts, audit logs, and reporting features. Unlimited user accounts for IDOH staff must be included at no additional cost. 4. Installation & Commissioning: Onsite installation including sensor placement, labeling, calibration certificate capture, and functional testing. All 40 units must be commissioned with documented acceptance tests. 5. Configuration: Alarm thresholds, notification rules, escalation trees (SMS, email, and voice/phone), and site-specific schedules. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from April 7, 2026 to May 7, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with minority and women's business enterprise (MWBE) participation goals of 4% for minority participation and 9% for women participation.
