Place of Performance The services will be performed throughout the state of Wisconsin, specifically targeting rural healthcare facilities including local and Tribal health departments, community health centers, pharmacies, clinics, and behavioral health providers. Bidder Requirements Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience in developing EHR systems for safety net and rural provider organizations. They should provide documented experience with on-time delivery rates, budget adherence rates, customer satisfaction metrics, and references from at least two current or former clients who can attest to their capacity to implement such systems.
