Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the development of a web-based data platform to support its Office of Law Enforcement. The goal of this contract is to provide a robust data management solution that can handle up to 33,000 transactions annually, thereby enhancing the agency's ability to manage and analyze law enforcement data effectively. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for delivering a web-based data platform that includes the following services: - Development of a Base Year platform capable of processing up to 33,000 transactions from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027. - Provision of an Option Year 1 platform with similar transaction capacity from 05/01/2027 to 04/30/2028. - Additional Option Years (2, 3, and 4) will also be available, each supporting up to 33,000 transactions per year from 05/01/2028 to 04/30/2031. - An optional six-month extension will be available for the platform, which can handle up to 16,500 transactions from 05/01/2031 to 10/31/2031. Period of Performance The contract will commence on May 1, 2026, and will run through April 30, 2031, with options for additional years and extensions as specified. Place of Performance The work will be performed at the FWS IT Services office located at 5275 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041.
