Work Details The contractor will provide three self-contained compressed air systems that include a compressor, air dryer, closed loop cooling system, and other necessary components. The systems must supply a Free Air Delivery (FAD) of at least 92 SCFM at a pressure of 5,000 psig. The air supplied must meet breathing air quality standards as per OPNAVINST 5100.23G or applicable OSHA regulations. Specific quality parameters include: - Oxygen content between 19.5% to 23.5% - Carbon Dioxide maximum of 1000 ppm - Carbon Monoxide maximum of 10 ppm - Hydrocarbons maximum of 0.005 mg/liter - Supply temperature not exceeding 115°F - Water content with a dew point not exceeding -70°F at atmospheric pressure - Oil content not exceeding 0.1 ppm by weight - Particulate matter not exceeding specified sizes. The system must also feature adjustable controls for starting and stopping the compressor based on pressure set points ranging from 3000 to 5000 psi.
