Background The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is seeking to procure Portable Restroom services for the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate restroom facilities are available during Memorial Day events, thereby supporting the cemetery's mission to honor and remember veterans. Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the delivery, setup, servicing, and removal of portable restrooms at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Specific requirements include: - Delivery and setup of 15 Portable Restrooms (Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink and Flush) with Hand Sanitizer and Toilet Paper. - Delivery and setup of 6 ADA Compliant Portable Restrooms with Hand Sanitizer and Toilet Paper. - Delivery and setup of 10 2-Station Portable Sink Stations. All items must be delivered and set up by 3 PM on May 22, 2026, and removed by 3 PM on May 26, 2026. Coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Cemetery Director is required to avoid disruption to cemetery operations. The contractor must perform a thorough site survey before bidding and report any significant site condition deviations. Immediate reporting of leaks or spills during service operations is mandatory. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, insurance, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, local laws, and environmental regulations.
