- Offered space must be contiguous and must be located on the first floor. - Ceiling height in the warehouse portion of the space must be 30-40 feet. - Offered building must have at least one covered loading dock. - Offered building must be able to accommodate semi-trailer/truck parking. Semi-Trailer/truck staging should include parking large enough for two semis. Truck turning radius at a minimum of 40 feet sized for straight line traffic for all loading docks.
