Background The State of Delaware Department of Government Support Services is seeking professional services to provide a fully integrated Vehicle Tracking System. The system is intended to deliver live tracking of snow-plow operations, real-time asset location and utilization, and advanced vehicle telematics. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued pursuant to Delaware Code sections 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982. Work Details The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to meet the requirements outlined in this RFP. The scope includes: - A fully integrated Vehicle Tracking System capable of live tracking. - Real-time asset location and utilization. - Advanced vehicle telematics. - Equipment installation, maintenance, and support services. - Compliance with state-of-the-art material and service standards. Period of Performance The contract will be for a period of two years with three optional one-year extensions. Place of Performance Services will be performed within the State of Delaware, specifically at locations designated by the State. Bidder Requirements Vendors must possess the necessary Delaware licenses or certifications to perform the required services. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the start of the contract period. Vendors are required to submit business references from previous clients for similar services.
