Background This solicitation is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number SP4706-26-Q-0004. The purpose of this contract is to acquire a one-year subscription to AXXIS services, which is not set-aside for small business concerns. The DLA aims to enhance its operational capabilities through access to commercial services outlined in this solicitation. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services under the contract: 1. Annual Price Service Subscription; 2. Historical pricing data for all AXXIS cities and products; 3. AXXIS Analytics; 4. AXXIS Professional Services. Access will be granted to five authorized users per product, ensuring that the platform is operational 99.9% of the time during the period of performance. The contractor will also be responsible for uploading invoices into the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, as direct mailing of invoices to Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS) is prohibited. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. Place of Performance The services will be performed via the contractor's platform and through FTP directly into DLA Energy’s Enterprise Business System (EBS).
