Cancer Program Evaluator

Background

The State of Delaware, through its Department of Health and Social Services, is seeking to engage a Vendor to provide professional services related to cancer program evaluation. The goal of this contract is to obtain specialized services that will support the state's health initiatives and improve health outcomes for its citizens.

Work Details

The Vendor will perform services as specified in the Appendices to the Agreement, which include but are not limited to: conducting evaluations of cancer programs, analyzing data related to cancer treatment and prevention, providing recommendations for program improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations. The Vendor must also adhere to the standards set forth by the Department of Technology and Information (DTI) and ensure that all deliverables meet professional quality and technical accuracy. Additionally, the Vendor is responsible for submitting monthly invoices detailing the services provided during the previous month.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract will commence on the Start Date and will continue for a specified number of years, with options for renewal based on mutual agreement between the Vendor and Delaware.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed primarily within the State of Delaware, with specific locations determined based on project needs.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must possess a valid Delaware business license as required by 30 Del. C. § 2101. They must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Additionally, Vendors are required to maintain insurance coverage including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Automotive Liability, and any necessary Professional Liability insurance as specified in the contract.
