Background The Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWCEN) utilizes various makes and models of fitness equipment for physical training and rehabilitation, including treadmills, exercise bikes, rowers, and ellipticals across multiple buildings within NSW Coronado. This equipment requires periodic maintenance and service that exceeds the capabilities of NSWCEN personnel. Therefore, NSWCEN seeks a maintenance contract to ensure the proper upkeep and repair of this equipment. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and other items required to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment according to the Original Equipment Manufacturers' recommendations. Services include: 1. Quarterly Maintenance - The contractor will conduct quarterly maintenance which involves inspection, cleaning, lubrication, calibration of equipment as needed, troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment (e.g., treadmills), and providing service reports detailing work performed and any suggested repairs outside the quarterly scope. 2. Service Calls - The contractor may be required to perform service calls for urgent repairs between scheduled quarterly visits. Period of Performance The contract is set for a five-year period from May 27, 2026, to May 26, 2031. Place of Performance The services will be performed at multiple buildings within NSW Coronado located in San Diego, CA.
