Summary (Newest Update)

Background The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for the Controlled Humidity Asset Program (CHAP). The goal of this contract is to ensure that the CHAP systems maintain optimal humidity levels, which is critical for the preservation of government property and equipment. This initiative aligns with the Department of Defense's mission to maintain operational readiness and protect assets from environmental damage. Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Provide preventative maintenance (PM) services for designated IA ARNG CHAP systems as specified in Technical Exhibit #3. 2. Maintain a daily average relative humidity (RH) of less than 50% RH 100% of the time and less than 45% RH 90% of the time, with exceptions noted for non-operational conditions. 3. Implement a quality assurance process to verify that services meet acceptable standards, including a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). 4. Report any occurrences of damage within 24 hours and provide monthly Field Service Reports (FSR) within 10 days after each site visit. 5. Submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 10 days after contract award and designate a Contract Manager within the same timeframe. Place of Performance The services will be performed at locations specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), primarily associated with Iowa Army National Guard facilities.
