Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the Theodore Roosevelt National Park to support its mission of preserving and protecting natural and cultural resources. The goal of this contract is to restripe park roads, install speed humps, and apply crack sealants to enhance safety and accessibility within the park. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the following tasks: 1. Restriping park roads to ensure clear and visible markings; 2. Installing four speed humps to reduce vehicle speeds in designated areas; 3. Applying crack sealants as an optional task to maintain road integrity. The work will be performed at the Theodore Roosevelt National Park-South Unit located in Medora, ND. Period of Performance The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete all work within 45 calendar days. Work is anticipated to start in late April or early May 2026, with completion expected before June 24, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Theodore Roosevelt National Park-South Unit, Medora, ND.
