Background The South Dakota Air National Guard (SDANG) has a requirement for commercial lodging accommodations during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) periods. The goal of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to ensure that eligible personnel assigned to the 114th Fighter Wing have access to necessary lodging support. This BPA is not a contract but establishes the framework for lodging services as needed. Work Details The contractor shall provide lodging accommodations, including single occupancy, double occupancy, and non-smoking rooms, for eligible personnel. Key requirements include: - Blocking no less than 10 single occupancy rooms and 10 double occupancy rooms for Friday and Saturday during UTA periods. - Coordination of lodging needs with the Authorized Caller in advance of each stay. - Accommodations must meet Federal, State, local, and commercial standards. - The Master BPA Ceiling Limit is $350,000.00 with a single purchase limit of $50,000.00. - Calls under $15,000 may be awarded directly; those above will be competed among qualified BPA holders based on best value criteria. Period of Performance The BPA will be in effect for a total of 5 calendar years from the effective date unless cancelled sooner. Place of Performance Lodging accommodations will be provided in the vicinity of the South Dakota Air National Guard facilities.
