Collect water samples at the facility using bottles provided by the contractor and deliver them to a certified lab for analysis. 4. Submit all test results to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and to the Utah Division of Drinking Water via the Compliance Monitoring Data Portal. 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing water quality testing. Specific testing requirements include: - Legionella: 102 tests per quarter (408 tests per year). - Total Coliform: 3 tests per month (36 tests per year). - Disinfection Byproducts: 1 dual sample set per quarter (4 sets per year). - Lead & Copper: 22 tests every three years, with the next collection scheduled from June through September 2028. Emergency retesting may involve up to 50 tests per year. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a base year starting from May 7, 2026, to May 6, 2027, with options for additional years extending through May 6, 2031.
