Door and window trim replacement is included, but not the doors or windows themselves. 4. Removal and replacement of the underlying weather barrier and addition of new insulation prior to steel siding installation. 5. Minor painting of metal exterior doors. 6. Removal and replacement of exterior light fixtures and controls on both buildings. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is estimated to be from April 30, 2026, to November 15, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the Tatanka Hotshots Base located at 12266 Tatanka Drive, Custer, Custer County, South Dakota, 57730.
