Key tasks include: - Performing movements of unit equipment within a 100-mile radius of Fort Hood. - Supporting deployment and redeployment operations with potential 24-hour continuous operations as specified in task orders. - Providing capabilities to simultaneously upload and download containerized equipment across multiple battalion footprints. - Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining properly trained operators for all equipment. - Supplying various types of forklifts (15K, 30K, 36K), container handling equipment, cranes with specified lift capacities, and heavy equipment transportation systems as required. - Managing maintenance issues and ensuring timely replacement of equipment when necessary. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a Base Year from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027, followed by four option years extending through January 31, 2031. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Fort Hood, Texas and surrounding areas within a 100-mile radius.
