Background The contract is issued by the Training Support Center (TSC) at Fort Riley, Kansas, which is preparing for the fielding of the Synthetic Training Environment-Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer-Air (STE-RVCT-A) suite in August 2026. The goal of this contract is to perform necessary electrical upgrades in Building 722 to support the power requirements for RVCT-Air, as outlined in the Training Facility Report (TFR). These upgrades are critical to ensure timely fielding and enhance collective training capabilities for military platforms. Work Details The contractor is required to provide a one-time electrical upgrade in Building 722, which includes: 1. Installation of a 300 Amp Electrical Panel. 2. Installation of thirteen (13) dedicated 20 Amp electrical outlets specifically for cord reels. 3. Provision and installation of thirteen (13) power cord reels, each 25 feet in length. All work must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and be completed within a specified timeframe. Period of Performance The upgrades will be completed within 7 business days. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Fort Riley, Kansas.
