This is a Firm Fixed Price, is a non-personal services requirement for on-site semi-annual inspection, testing and certification of fume hoods, biosafety cabinets (BSC), and testing of the clean/compounding rooms at Irwin Army Community Hospital and Environmental Services. The Contractor shall provide all necessary trained/OEM certified experienced personnel, labor, tools, specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, material, supplies, transportation, and travel costs required to perform the testing and certification of fume hoods, biological safety cabinets, grossing hood, compounding isolator. Contractor shall also provide testing, viable/non-viable surface and air sampling, particle counts and identification of any samples of microorganisms found.
