Removal and disposal of existing non-asbestos vinyl and vinyl composition tile from floors and stairway treads/rises. 2. Installation of new vinyl tile on floors and stairway treads/rises after surface preparation. 3. Removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) from various buildings, including single-layer and multi-layer tiles. 4. Installation of resilient sheet vinyl flooring with and without backing. 5. Polish existing flooring post-installation. 6. Removal of ceramic tile flooring and installation of new ceramic tiles with specified dimensions. The estimated quantities for each task are provided in detail, indicating specific square footage for removal, installation, and testing. Place of Performance The work will be performed at various Army Installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, including Fort Shafter, Fort DeRussy, Tripler Army Medical Center (excluding the main medical building), Aliamanu Military Reservation, Schofield Barracks (including East Range & Leilehua Golf Course), Wheeler Army Airfield, and Helemano Military Reservation.
