Background The Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) is a national Indian community college operated by the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 1971, SIPI aims to provide post-secondary education opportunities for American Indians and Alaska Natives from federally recognized tribes across the United States. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to perform a Financial Review as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The review will cover fiscal years 2019 through 2025 with four option periods for future fiscal year reviews. The contractor will utilize the Department of the Interior Financial Business Management System (FBMS) for all transactions based on the United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL). The financial review is required annually as part of accreditation standards set by the Higher Learning Commission.
