Background The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), part of the Department of the Interior (DOI), is issuing this solicitation for Occupational Therapy Services at St. Stephens Indian School. The mission of the BIE is to provide quality education to Native American students. This contract aims to enhance the physical rehabilitation services available to these students through professional occupational therapy. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing Occupational Therapy Services, which include but are not limited to: 1. Assessment and evaluation of students' needs for occupational therapy. 2. Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on assessments. 3. Provision of direct therapy services to students in accordance with their treatment plans. 4. Collaboration with educational staff and parents to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into educational settings. 5. Documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports as required by BIE standards. 6. Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with options for four additional years, extending through March 31, 2031. Place of Performance The services will be performed at St. Stephens Indian School located at 128 Mission Rd., PO Box 345, Saint Stephens, WY 82524.
