Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this contract to fulfill the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WY DEQ) requirements for annual groundwater sampling of monitor wells in Grand Teton National Park (GRTE) and the John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway (JODR). The goal of this contract is to assess selected chemical and physical parameters of groundwater surrounding wastewater treatment facilities to ensure compliance with permit requirements. Work Details The contractor shall perform groundwater monitoring in GRTE and JODR, which includes: 1. Annual Groundwater Monitoring: Collecting water quality information for spring sampling during May from 26 designated wells, with the possibility of extending to June if necessary. 2. Conducting a Fall sample with analysis. 3. Completing the State of Wyoming Class V Package Plant Treatment Reporting Form for Class Injection Wells (GEMS Reports). If the GEM Database is offline, documents must be submitted using the WDEQ Water Quality Division Document Uploads Form. The contractor must provide their proposed methodology, quality control/assurance plan, and past experience with similar work along with unit costs for additional wells. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over five ordering periods: - Ordering Period 1 from May 4, 2026, to May 3, 2027; - Ordering Period 2 from May 4, 2027, to May 3, 2028; - Ordering Period 3 from May 4, 2028, to May 3, 2029; - Ordering Period 4 from May 4, 2029, to May 3, 2030; - Ordering Period 5 from May 4, 2030, to May 3, 2031. Place of Performance Grand Teton National Park and the John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway.
