Background The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking custodial services for the Craig Thomas Discovery Visitor Center (CTDVC), the Laurence S. Rockefeller Visitor Center (LSR), and 20 residential housing units located within Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. This contract aims to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in these facilities, supporting the park's mission to provide a welcoming environment for visitors. The contract will span a base year with four additional option years, contingent on funding availability. Work Details The contractor will provide non-personal custodial services, which include: cleaning and sanitizing the CTDVC and LSR visitor centers, as well as seasonal cleaning of 20 residential housing units of various sizes across multiple locations within the park. Services must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifications. The contractor is responsible for all necessary equipment, labor, supervision, and supplies required to maintain cleanliness. The work schedule typically runs from April 1 to November 15 each year, aligning with the operational periods of the visitor centers and seasonal housing units. Specific tasks include: daily cleaning of visitor center facilities, periodic deep cleaning of residential units before opening and after closing, and maintaining sanitary conditions in all designated areas.
