Work Details The requirement is for PDAC approved therapeutic footwear medical/surgical supplies intended for nationwide usage. Key specifications include: - Shoes must have a full-length, heel-to-toe filler that provides a minimum of 3/16 inches of additional depth when removed, accommodating custom-molded or customized inserts. - Materials must be leather or other suitable materials of equal quality, with a specification on the percentage of each material used. - Shoes must feature some form of closure (no slip-on designs). - Available in full and half sizes with at least three widths, conforming to the American Standard Last Sizing Schedule. - Vendors must provide replacement inserts that meet Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for A5510/A5512, allowing simple exchange without trimming or reshaping. - Vendors are encouraged to bring samples of their top-selling models for review during one-on-one presentations.
