Background The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is issuing this solicitation for janitorial services at the Office of Justice Services (OJS) Pawnee Agency. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and safe environment for the agency's operations, adhering to all applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA regulations. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE. Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial cleaning services at the BIA OJS Pawnee Agency. Services include: 1. Offices, Hallways, Reception (Weekly): Empty trash receptacles; dust surfaces; disinfect door handles; vacuum carpets; clean interior glass; refill hand-sanitizer stations; remove cobwebs monthly. 2. Restrooms (Weekly): Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks; refill soap dispensers; empty trash bins. 3. Kitchen/Break Room (Weekly): Disinfect countertops and appliances; clean inside microwave monthly; empty trash. 4. Windows & Blinds (Weekly): Clean interior glass surfaces and dust blinds. 5. Floor Care (Annually): Strip, wax, and buff hard-surface floors once per year with scheduling coordination.
