PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced contract for the supply of two (2) audiometric booths. This will be a brand name or equal request for audiometric booths brand name or equal to the Eckel CL-M6 PR6, one (1) each and the Eckel CL-M8 PR8, one (1) each. The delivery date will be no later than 30 May 2026 (Brand Name or Equal) to the Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Riley, Kansas, 66442-4030. In accordance with DoDI 6055.12 Section 3.8 (2), the hearing both must meet current American National Standard Institute - ANSI/ASA S3.1, ANSI/ASA S3.6, and other industry standards for audiometers. Offeror must transport, install, train personnel on usage/mintenance, and warranty equipment. The offeror must be the manufacturer or an authorized distributer from the manufacturer.
