This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) to gain knowledge of vendors that can provide Conductive Energy Weapons (CEW) for the U. S . Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP) located at Ft. Benning, Georgia. Vendors shall be capable of providing the items required as individual items and as part of a combined CEW "Equipment support program" in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 02 /17/2026 . This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Government to any acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse interested sources for any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this notice, and submittals will not be returned to the sender. No award will be made from this Sources Sought Notice. Interested parties are invited to provide a Capabilities Statement along with any applicable product description/language. The Capabilities Statements should be no more than ten (10) pages, excluding a Coversheet, and be submitted by 2:00PM EST on Friday, March 13, 2026. E-mail submissions should be submitted to Rob Roberts at Robert.V.Roberts@ice.dhs.gov and to Daniel Correia at Daniel.M.Correia@ice.dhs.gov. The subject line of your e-mail should read "FY26 Conductive Energy Weapons (CEW) RFI response." No hard copy or Facsimile submissions will be accepted, and extraneous materials (brochures, etc. ) will not be considered. ICE anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1 ) 12-month Base Period and four (4) one-year option periods of performance with an estimated value of $ 220M. For the next 5 years, ICE plans to purchase approximately 17,800 CEW to support the law enforcement personnel in the field. Note - Please identify the specific cartridges available in your literature. It is imperative that the product offered comes with a wide range of cartridges and supplies to cover the 5 -year IDIQ POP. In addition to information provided as to technical capabilities, interested parties shall provide the following: Point of Contact (POC) to include e-mail, mailing address, and telephone number(s) Your firm's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number Applicable NAICS and if your firm is a small/large business under each proposed NAICS Applicable Product Service Codes (PSC) Any relevant past performance contract (include numbers and Government POC) providing similar CEW to law enforcement agencies
