Background The Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is responsible for providing contracted Laundry and Dry Cleaning (L&DC) services in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 210-130. The mission of the ASC includes laundering and pressing fabrics, textiles, garments, linens, and specified Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE). The ASC operates L&DC services at various installations both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of Continental United States (OCONUS), ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and organizational health standards. Work Details The Contractor shall operate and manage the Laundry Distribution and Collection Point(s) for the issue, receipt, requisition, exchange, warehousing, and turn-in of linens in accordance with AR 210-130 and AR 710-4. Responsibilities include maintaining an accountability system for linens submitted for L&DC services as per AR 710-2. Services provided will be limited to Government authorized customers only. The Contractor must coordinate alternate laundry service days during holidays or emergencies. Personnel must adhere to a dress code aligned with Army values. Compliance with Federal, State, Local health regulations is mandatory. The Contractor shall utilize bio-based cleaning products whenever possible. Deliverables must be submitted accurately and timely as per Attachment 2 - Deliverables Schedule. All linens must be clean, serviceable, folded, bundled appropriately, and free from damage or wetness. Period of Performance The contract will commence on January 1, 2026, with a thirty-day phase-in period followed by ongoing operations as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
