Background This is a non-personal services contract issued to support the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program through the JCLC Manasota event. The contract aims to provide comprehensive support for the training of 250 cadets and 44 cadre members from June 1 to June 5, 2026, at Bayshore High School. The objective is to ensure a crime-free environment while delivering essential services as per Cadet Command Regulation (CCR) 145-2, which governs JROTC training. Work Details The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items for the JCLC Manasota event. Specific tasks include: - Providing meals for cadets and cadre: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for both groups. - Facility usage including lodging, mobile showers, portal latrines, golf cart rental, and radio usage. - Medical and training support covering activities such as land navigation, rappelling, climbing courses, archery, wilderness survival training, canoeing, lifeguards/nurses/medics support. - Conducting required training activities including Leadership Reaction course and COPES course with high and low ropes.
