Background The contract is issued by the 46th Test Squadron, Operating Location ‘A’, to provide a portable restroom trailer and associated services during the renovation of their primary building. The goal is to support personnel while they occupy temporary work facilities at Patrick Space Force Base. Work Details The contractor shall deliver, install, service, maintain, and remove a portable restroom trailer. The trailer must have two stalls: one for women (one stall and one sink) and one for men (one stall, one urinal, and one sink). Each stall must include heating and air conditioning, a vanity with a mirror, waste receptacles, paper towel and toilet paper holders, soap dispensers, an onboard freshwater tank, countertops with sinks, LED lighting, stairs with handrails, lockable doors, weekly cleaning service, a wastewater holding tank sized for 9 personnel, a 110V – 20 amp connection, and a water spigot. The contractor is responsible for delivering the trailer in March 2026 between 0800–1530 and ensuring it is positioned on a level surface. Weekly cleaning and restocking services are required during the rental period from Monday to Friday between 0800–1630. The contractor must dispose of all grey and black water in compliance with environmental regulations. At the end of the performance period in December 2026, the contractor will remove the restroom trailer.
