Meeting Spaces: Large open meeting room for up to 135 people, equipped with tables, chairs, a podium, stage or riser, projector and screen, and registration tables. Two breakout rooms for at least 30 people each with necessary seating arrangements. 2. Lodging Accommodations: A block of 45 nonsmoking hotel rooms for one night at a maximum rate of $101.00 per night, allowing check-in on the first day and check-out on the second day. 3.
