The gathering will take place in the Wisconsin Dells, WI, over two consecutive weekdays in June 2026. Work Details The vendor will provide the following services and accommodations: 1. Meeting Spaces: Large open meeting room for up to 135 people, equipped with tables, chairs, a podium, stage or riser, projector and screen, and registration tables. Two breakout rooms for at least 30 people each with necessary seating arrangements. 2. Lodging Accommodations: A block of 45 nonsmoking hotel rooms for one night at a maximum rate of $101.00 per night, allowing check-in on the first day and check-out on the second day. 3. Food/Beverage Services: Catering for meals including breakfast, lunch, and snacks for both days, adhering to state meal rates ($7.00 for snacks, $11.00 for breakfast, $13.00 for lunch). Dietary accommodations must be provided. 4. Audio-Visual Needs: AV equipment setup including microphones, Wi-Fi access, sound systems capable of hybrid meetings, and necessary support staff throughout the event duration. Period of Performance The contract will be effective upon execution and will run for one year from that date. Place of Performance The services will be performed in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
