Background The Washington Air National Guard is issuing this service contract for the installation of Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) at Building 140 of the ASOG complex located at Camp Murray, WA. The goal of this contract is to enhance energy management capabilities within the facility, contributing to the overall mission of the Air National Guard. Work Details The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform general services as detailed in the performance work statement and solicitation amendments for project ETRD 169847 EMCS at the ASOG complex. This includes but is not limited to: - Installation of Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) at Building 140. - Compliance with Wage Determination 2015-5539 SCA dated December 3, 2026. - All work must adhere to specified standards and regulations outlined in the performance work statement.
