The Washington National Guard is seeking sources to move and relocate medical equipment Interested vendors should respond to this sources sought with capabilities statement outlining recent/relevant experience and how they are able to meet the intent of this requirement. Background The Washington National Guard is seeking sources to move and relocate medical equipment as part of a renovation project. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe and efficient relocation of mission-critical medical equipment and medical records storage from Building 34 to Building 46. Work Details The contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Panoramic Dental X-Ray Machines: a. Relocate 2x Panoramic Dental X-Ray Machines in Building 34 to a location not undergoing modernization renovation in Building 34. b. Collaborate with the customer to ensure relocation to the proper location. c. All work will be performed during regular business hours. 2. Medical Record Storage Systems: a. Disassemble 8x medical record storage systems in Building 34. b. Relocate 8x medical record storage systems to a location in Building 34 not undergoing modernization renovation. c. Perform or subcontract any required disassembly and reassembly. d. Collaborate with the customer to ensure relocation to the proper location. e. All work will be performed during regular business hours. 3. Immunization Fridges and Sensiphone: a. Disconnect 3x immunization fridges and dismount 1x sensiphone from Building 34 to Building 46 kitchen area. b. Relocate 3x immunization fridges and 1x sensiphone from Building 34 to Building 46, kitchen area. c. Perform or subcontract any required disassembly, disconnection, dismount, reassembly, connection, and mount. d. Collaborate with the customer to ensure relocation to the proper location in Building 46. e. All work will be performed during regular business hours. Period of Performance All work must be completed no later than March 28, 2026, to avoid interference with the start date of the Building 34 remodel project. Place of Performance The relocation will occur between Building 34 and Building 46.
