The government is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of fulfilling this requirement. Work Details The contractor will perform the following tasks: 1. Hearing Booths a. Relocate 8x Hearing Booths from Building 34 to Building 42. b. Re-calibrate 8x Hearing Booths in Building 42. c. Collaborate with the customer to ensure relocation to proper location. d. Perform or subcontract any required disassembly, disconnection, calibration, reassembly, and connection. e. All work will be performed during regular business hours. Customer Responsibilities: a. Move all existing items from Building 34 and Building 42 to ensure proper spacing for relocations. b. Designate locations for Hearing Booth location. c. Provide access to the buildings during regular business hours. Contractor Responsibilities: a. Perform all relocation and calibration tasks as outlined in the scope of work. b. Ensure all relocations and assemblies comply with current building and fire codes. c. Complete or subcontract any required electrical work for hearing booths. d. Collaborate with the customer to finalize the relocation. Period of Performance All work must be completed during regular business hours, with equipment removal no later than March 28, 2026, to avoid interference with the Building 34 remodel project start date. Place of Performance The work will take place at Building 34 and Building 42.
