Background The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Subtropical Horticulture Research Service is seeking to establish a contract for grounds maintenance services at their facility located at 13601 Old Cutler Road, Miami, Florida. The USDA's mission includes the preservation of genetic resources for subtropical and tropical crops and ornamental plants.
