Background The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division (HCD) – South, is issuing a sole source justification for the Residency Management Suite software and maintenance services. This is a follow-on requirement from the 59th Medical Wing (MDW) to ensure compliance with Accreditation Council Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements, which are critical for maintaining accreditation of graduate medical education programs at Brook Army Medical Center (BAMC) and Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC). The necessity for this contract arises from the recent acquisition of the software by QGenda LLC, making them the sole provider of this essential tool. Work Details The contract involves the provision of the Residency Management Suite software along with associated maintenance and software upgrades. The services required include: 1. Continued access to the Residency Management Suite to support Graduate Medical Education (GME) accreditation programs. 2. Maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted functionality of the software. 3. Software upgrades as necessary to comply with evolving accreditation standards. 4. Support for tracking compliance across 36 GME and 22 Graduate Allied Health programs. 5. Coordination with multiple treatment facilities to ensure data integrity during any potential transition to alternative solutions in the future. Place of Performance The services will primarily be performed at Brook Army Medical Center and Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center.
