Physical Therapist Services for Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Pursuant to 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and IHM 5.5-6, Indian Health Service must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable. The Government is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), and any other category of vendor capable of performing the below Indian Health Services (IHS) requirement. Any vendor responding to this notice should submit their capability statement. See attached documents for information. To facilitate efficient review, please provide concise responses that do not exceed one (1) page per question, for a total maximum submission length of approximately seven (7) pages (4 questions, cover page, IEE Representation form, and additional information).

Background The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) capable of providing physical therapist services at the Crow Service Unit located in Crow Agency, Montana. This initiative is in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, which mandates preference for Indian Economic Enterprises when feasible. The goal of this contract is to ensure that qualified physical therapy services are available to the healthcare service population on the Crow Indian Reservation. Work Details The contractor will provide physical therapy services at the Crow Service Unit according to the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include maintaining an active roster of qualified physical therapists, ensuring all proposed providers meet specified credentials and capabilities, and presenting candidates within a reasonable timeframe upon request. The contractor must also demonstrate their quality assurance process for verifying provider credentials prior to submission. Additional requirements include compliance with health regulations, background checks, and management of medical information. Period of Performance One (1) year with four (4) option years, scheduled on weekdays from Monday through Friday. Place of Performance Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana.
